iNNOGING is dedicated to improving ultrasound image analysis from any ultrasound device – anywhere, at any time.
Following three years of technological development in an Israeli university innovation lab, iNNOGING was incorporated in 2018.
iNNOGING was built by a highly experienced, innovative group of industry and tech leaders, with a shared vision of revolutionizing the field of ultrasound image analysis.

Adi Baruch
CEO
Adi has extensive managerial experience in the healthcare industry, as well as in fund raising. He specializes in executive management of corporations and startups in the international marketplace.
Yehiel Polatov
Founder
Yehiel is a veteran from the Israeli elite 8200 intelligence unit. He has held senior positions in the international video processing industry, including 10 years in the ultrasound simulation market, which led to the creation of iNNOGING.
Eliad Moshe
VP of R&D
Eliad is a software developer, electronic engineer and biohacker with 8 years of experience in developing software, hardware and robotics in the medical, pharma and military arenas.
Mr. Pavel Hilman
Pavel is the Chairman of HIG Capital and has over a decade of experience in the financial industry in general and private venture investments in particular.
He serves as a shareholder on advisory boards and supervisory committees of numerous private and public corporations in the United Kingdom, USA, Switzerland, Israel, Luxemburg, Poland, Russian Federation and Ukraine.

Prof. Ada Kessler
Ada is the director of the ultrasound division of the Radiology Department at Ichilov-Souraski Medical Center in Tel Aviv, Israel. She is a member of the Israel Radiological Association, the Israel Society for Diagnostic Ultrasound in Medicine, EFSUMB – the European Federation of Societies for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology, and the Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound (SRU).
Prof. Larry Needleman
Larry is the director of ultrasound at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (succeeding Dr. Barry Goldberg). He is the medical director of the noninvasive vascular laboratory and a co-director of the Jefferson Vascular Center. Larry is also the director of the Ultrasound and Associate Professor of Radiology at Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University.
He is also the medical director of the general Sonographer and vascular Sonographer program at The Jefferson College of Health Sciences.
Dr. Silaja Yitta
Silaja is the director of Breast Imaging and Intervention at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, CA. She is a board certified and fellowship trained radiologist with expertise in breast imaging and ultrasound. She has a degree in biomedical engineering at The Johns Hopkins University, followed by medical school and residency at NYU Medical Center; and fellowship training at UCSF.
